01

What this notice covers

This notice covers cookies, local storage, session storage, device storage, and similar technologies used by the Renovo public website, private quote pages, and applications. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

02

Strictly necessary technology

Renovo may use storage needed to deliver pages, preserve security state, route requests, maintain an authenticated session, prevent abuse, remember an essential preference, or complete an action selected by the user. These technologies are used because the requested service cannot operate reliably without them.

03

Application storage

The Renovo applications may keep encrypted or operating-system-protected account state, settings, drafts, cached records, sync markers, and permission choices on the device. This supports faster startup, offline work, recovery, and synchronization. Removing the application or clearing its data may remove unsynchronized local records.

04

Private quote links

A private quote token may appear in the page address so the server can resolve the intended record. It is not an advertising identifier. Recipients should not post, forward, bookmark on a shared device, or include the link in analytics, screenshots, or support messages. Private pages use restrictive caching and referrer behavior, but recipients remain responsible for device and browser history.

05

Analytics and advertising

The public website does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising. Optional product analytics in the Renovo application are controlled separately in product settings. If Renovo later adds non-essential website analytics, personalization, or advertising technology, this notice and any legally required consent controls will be updated before use.

06

Your controls

Browser and operating-system settings can block or delete cookies and local data. Private browsing may limit persistence. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, private-link decisions, preferences, or security features from working. App data can be managed through application and device settings, subject to synchronization and record-retention requirements.

07

Global Privacy Control

Renovo does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because those activities are not performed, no separate advertising opt-out cookie is required for the current service. Renovo will recognize legally applicable preference signals if its practices change.

08

Changes and questions

Renovo may update this notice as the website, applications, or legal requirements change. Questions can be submitted through Support without including credentials, private tokens, payment-card information, or client content.
