01Available rights
Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a denied request. Some jurisdictions also provide rights concerning sale, targeted-advertising sharing, or certain profiling. Renovo does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
02Account owners
Account owners can manage many profile fields, clients, quotes, devices, notifications, analytics preferences, files, and subscription settings directly in the product. For a request that cannot be completed through account controls, use authenticated in-app support so Renovo can verify the account and protect business records.
03Clients and quote recipients
A business using Renovo generally controls the client and project information it enters. A client should first contact that business to access, correct, or delete a project record. Renovo will support the business's verified instructions and will respond directly when Renovo is independently responsible for the information.
04Submitting a request
Use authenticated in-app support when the request concerns an account or private record. If account access is unavailable, use the public Support page and state the right you want to exercise. Do not include a password, full payment-card number, private link, signature, government ID, or client document in the initial message.
05Verification
Renovo may verify identity, account authority, email control, request scope, and jurisdiction. Verification information is used only to process and document the request. If identity cannot reasonably be verified, Renovo may limit or deny the request and explain available appeal steps where required.
06Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits. Renovo may require signed authority, confirmation directly from the individual, or evidence that the agent holds legally valid authority. The agent must still avoid transmitting unnecessary sensitive information.
07Response and exceptions
Renovo will respond within the period required by applicable law. A request may be limited when information is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, tax or accounting duties, transaction records, another person's rights, or another lawful exception. Renovo will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right.
08Preferences and signals
Location, notifications, camera, photos, files, biometrics, and similar permissions are controlled in application and device settings. Optional product analytics can be managed in Renovo settings. Global Privacy Control does not change the current service because Renovo does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; applicable signals will be honored if practices change.
09Appeals and complaints
If a request is denied, follow the appeal instructions in the response when available. Individuals may also contact the privacy or data-protection regulator with jurisdiction over them. Renovo will not require a person to waive a regulator complaint as a condition of handling a request.
