01Subscriptions and renewal
Paid Renovo plans and add-ons renew for the billing period selected at checkout until canceled. The price, billing interval, included capacity, and next charge date are displayed before purchase and in the account or payment-provider record. Taxes may be added when required.
02Canceling
An account owner may cancel through the available account or purchase-channel controls. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not ordinarily reverse the current paid period. Access normally continues until that period ends unless a refund, charge reversal, legal requirement, security issue, or material breach requires earlier termination.
03Refund eligibility
Fees are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time except when required by law, stated in a written Renovo offer, or approved after review of an incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized charge. A request does not guarantee a refund. Renovo may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the account and transaction.
04Effect of a refund
When all or a material part of the current subscription payment is returned, paid access and purchased capacity may end immediately. Before requesting a refund, the account owner should export records that the service makes available and reduce stored content to any remaining plan limit.
05Failed and delayed payments
A failed, reversed, disputed, or overdue payment may cause paid features, storage, uploads, or account access to be limited or suspended. If payment is later completed, access may resume under the then-current subscription status. Renovo may send service notices before or after a billing problem but cannot guarantee delivery.
06Storage add-ons
Storage purchases follow the term and price shown at checkout. Canceling an add-on stops its future renewal but may reduce the account's capacity at the end of the paid period. Content above the remaining limit may become read-only, ineligible for new uploads, or subject to the export and deletion process described in the Terms and Retention Policy.
07App stores and purchase channels
If a purchase is processed by Apple, Google, Microsoft, or another marketplace, its billing, cancellation, and refund process may control. Renovo cannot issue a refund that the purchase channel reserves to itself. The account owner must use the same channel used to buy the subscription when required.
08Price changes
Renovo may change future subscription prices. Material price changes will be disclosed before the affected renewal when required by law. Continuing a subscription after the effective renewal date authorizes the disclosed amount; the account owner may cancel before renewal.
09Billing questions
Submit billing requests through authenticated in-app support when possible, or the public Support page if account access is unavailable. Include the approximate date, amount, purchase channel, and a non-sensitive receipt reference. Never send a full card number, password, private quote link, or client document.
