Subprocessor list

The provider categories Renovo uses to operate cloud infrastructure, billing, maps, notifications, and platform services.

Effective July 16, 2026

01

Amazon Web Services

Purpose: cloud hosting, identity, APIs, compute, databases, object storage, email-related infrastructure, logging, and service delivery. Data may include account, client, quote, file, device, technical, and communication information needed for the selected feature. Processing locations follow the configured service region and AWS contractual commitments.

02

Stripe

Purpose: checkout, payment processing, subscription and invoice administration, fraud prevention, and billing support. Data may include account and billing identifiers, transaction status, selected product, contact details supplied at checkout, and limited payment-method information. Stripe receives complete payment credentials directly; Renovo does not store complete card numbers in its business databases.

03

Mapbox

Purpose: maps, address search, place results, and geocoding. Data may include a typed address query, selected address, coordinates, IP address, and ordinary device or request information. Location is sent only when the user invokes a related feature or grants the relevant device permission.

04

Firebase Cloud Messaging

Purpose: delivery of push notifications on supported platforms. Data may include a device registration token, platform, delivery metadata, and the limited notification content needed for delivery. Sensitive client content should not be placed in notification previews.

05

Platform operators

Apple, Google, and Microsoft may process application-distribution, device, crash, push, purchase-channel, or operating-system information under their own platform terms. Which operator applies depends on the device and distribution channel selected by the user.

06

Provider obligations

Renovo evaluates providers in proportion to risk and requires appropriate confidentiality, security, data-use, deletion, and legal-process obligations through provider contracts or published service terms. Providers may use their own affiliates or infrastructure subprocessors under those commitments.

07

Changes to this list

Renovo may replace a provider or add a subprocessor as the service evolves. This page will be updated before or promptly after a material change, and additional notice will be provided when a customer agreement or applicable law requires it.

08

Questions and objections

A customer with a contractual right to object should submit a reasoned data-protection concern through authenticated support within the period stated in its agreement. Renovo will review reasonable alternatives, but cannot guarantee continued access to a feature that depends on the provider.
